CDC Updates Guidance to Urge Boosters for All Individuals Over 18 As Omicron Looms

“Today, CDC is strengthening its recommendation on booster doses for individuals who are 18 years and older. Everyone ages 18 and older should get a booster shot either when they are six months after their initial Pfizer or Moderna series or two months after their initial J&J vaccine,” said the CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky in a statement of the news.

Walensky is urging all the adults to go and get the vaccines and also the boosters. The situation is not very good, and the number of cases is rising.
